Accommodation
When it comes to choosing the perfect accommodation in Dubai, Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road stands out with its array of options that cater to every type of traveler. From the well-appointed Classic Rooms to the expansive 1 – 3 Bedroom Suites, the hotel understands the art of hospitality.
Classic Rooms: A Personal Oasis
Our selection, the Classic Room, was the epitome of understated elegance. The bed, large and inviting, was a centerpiece of comfort after a day spent navigating the vibrant city. Modern amenities complemented the space, including the choice of a smoking or non-smoking room, catering to all preferences and ensuring a personalized stay.

A standout feature for us was the inclusion of a work-ready desk and a decent chair, which is a nod to the needs of the modern traveler who blends travel with work. Despite our room not offering the most expansive views, the option to select rooms based on preferred vistas means that some guests will enjoy unparalleled views of Dubai’s skyline from the comfort of their room.
Rooftop Views and Urban Serenity
While our room’s view was more modest, the breathtaking scenes from the rooftop left us in awe and more than compensated. The hotel’s rooftop offers an unobstructed panorama of the city, turning it into a picturesque haven that comes alive, especially at dusk.

Thoughtfully Curated Amenities
The daily housekeeping service was impeccable, keeping our room pristine and ensuring a generous supply of up to 4 bottles of water per day. This, along with the sizable bed and room options, such as the smoking or non-smoking preference, speaks to the hotel’s commitment to providing a tailored experience for each guest.
Suites
For those desiring more space, the suites at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road are a luxurious answer. Ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, they provide families or groups with the luxury of a separate living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and in some cases, in-room laundry facilities. The added space and amenities in these suites are perfect for extended stays or those who cherish the comforts of home.
Culinary Experiences
Each morning greeted us with a bountiful breakfast buffet, a spread that was both a feast for the eyes and a delight to the palate. We indulged in everything from the comforting familiarity of an English breakfast to the delicate flavours of salmon, vibrant fruits, and an array of cereals and pastries — all included in our stay. The wait staff, with their friendly smiles and attentive service, became part of our daily routine. Their willingness to accommodate our late arrival, even when we slipped in just five minutes before the end of service, spoke volumes of the hospitality that Four Points by Sheraton prides itself on. It’s these moments that made our stay feel personal.

While we didn’t have the chance to dine at every restaurant within the hotel, the array of options spoke volumes of the flavors that awaited. There was Pascal Tepper with its French-inspired patisserie, Purani Dilli’s authentic Indian fare, the cosy confines of Charlie’s Pub, the chic and airy Coffeetree, and the sky-high allure of Level 43 Sky Lounge.
Level 43 Sky Lounge was an absolute vibe and we ended up there more than twice during our stay. We have to admit that we found it pricey for our South African Rand, but this was our general experience throughout Dubai. The live music and evening views are simply spectacular.
Adventures | Activities | Attractions Nearby
Dubai’s iconic landmarks are within easy reach of the hotel. The world’s largest mall and the tallest building, The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, are nearby, providing entertainment and shopping options. Cultural enthusiasts can dive into the heritage at the Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood or take a dhow cruise along Dubai Creek. However, don’t miss out on the exclusive experiences offered by the hotel, like the breath-taking views from Level 43 Sky Lounge, which features live musicians and a panoramic perspective of the city’s architectural marvels.

Sunsets and Serenity
At Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, the pool area is an oasis in the city’s heart, boasting sun loungers perfect for soaking up the Dubai sun and a dedicated children’s pool where the little ones can splash to their heart’s content. The pool’s unintended warm water (because of the extreme heat) welcomes you for a comforting swim, though on a scorching summer day, it’s more of a gentle embrace than a cool respite. As evening approaches, the poolside transforms into a picturesque sunset hub; it’s the spot to be for sipping cocktails and immersing oneself in the city’s golden hour glow.

Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road stands as a testament to Dubai’s charm, offering a blend of homely comfort and lavishness. Its prime location and top-notch amenities make it a choice accommodation for both first-time visitors and seasoned travellers. However, it’s important to note that while Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road excels with its prime location, modern furnishings, and convenient amenities, it is not the quintessential retreat for those seeking a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation. It’s a hotel that pulses with the city’s own rhythm, ideal for travellers looking to immerse themselves in the dynamic lifestyle of Dubai rather than retreat from it.
